Car had batteries installed and tested works great! Will not come with batteries.

Car is activated by pushing a small red button where the gas cap would be.

When active the car will shake and roar then the back tires will spin and move on its own.

Car has a couple decales that are slightly lifting as can be seen in pictures. (24 decale on back left corner of bumper and the decale on the front bumper)
