 Delivery Procedures

We post all items regardless of value; all items are sent as recorded delivery. We use Royal mail and a local courier company. Both have there own insurance if items are damaged during post.

Royal mail procedure- please ensure that you check the item properly when  received, open package to make sure item  is not damaged, if item is damaged then please mention this to the person delivering  it. Sign it damaged and take the name of the person delivering. Then inform us and we will send you the original receipt and then you can claim from royal mail.
