We normally use Royal Mail 48 (Second Class) for small / medium parcels & large letter delivery and Evri / Parcelforce for large parcels. If you wish to specify first class Royal Mail 24 then please select 'see details' option next to postage price.
We also now use Royal Mail 48 (Second Class) for ribbons & bows to reduce price to buyers. To compensate we now do same day postage (before 2pm). If First Class postage is required there is a postage option for this (or contact us)
If you wish you may specify a safe location for your goods if you are not in. Please provide details at time of purchase if you wish to use this facility. Also the 'signed for' option is available if you request.
To reduce costs and help the environment we may use recycled boxes and packaging where possible. Any fragile items will be wrapped in tissue and bubble wrap. We ship to Europe - please request shipping charges before purchase or if you have purchased please request an invoice before making payment.
