A simply gorgeous Superb Gem BU PCGS MS66 1954-S Washington Quarter with full blazing cartwheel luster, original skin, outstanding rainbow color as seen in the photos above.  Surface preservation appears very nice for the assigned grade, with miniscule surface chatter and verification by CAC as indicated by the green CAC sticker.
