Comes complete with original case, disc, and manual.  The disc is in excellent condition.  The case exterior may show minor signs of wear but nothing significant.  The manual has some waviness/cosmetic wear on the upper right corner (see photographs).  Note that this is a European, "PAL" region game.  However, as the PS3 is a region-free console, this disc will work on any region console (including American or Canadian).
