PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: We accept payments through eBay ONLY (Paypal or Payoneer).

SHIPPING FROM BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA:  Certified envelope or package with tracking number.

We ship worldwide only through FedEX or DHL (international express shipping), because it arrives on time and it is very safe. 

OUR GOAL IS YOUR 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN EVERY TRANSACTION.

We are based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Foreign buyers are responsible for all taxes & duties imposed by their country for the importation of any of our jewelry items.  These fees are not included in the item’s price or the shipping.  Please contact your local customs official for details. 

WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEE: for branded items we cannot offer any manufacturer warranties or guarantee since we are not a factory authorized dealer. Most of our items are second hand, or as we like to say pre-loved items, unless stated. We do guarantee any item you purchase from us to be authentic, as described. We stand behind our products. 

RETURNS: In case of a return, we will provide you an address in Miami, Florida to send the item back there.
