• Missed delivery, you will be required to pick up from the freight companies depot. Alternatively, we can arrange a re-delivery however this will cost between $15 to $35 depending on the size of your order, and carrier. Re delivery costs must be paid prior to re delivery
• Please also note that some larger items and pallets MUST have someone home to help unload as due to OH&S regulations courier drivers cannot lift items over 25kg on their own. You may opt for a tail drop delivery which will attract an additional $70.00
• All residential deliveries are classified as a curb side deliveries, i.e. the drivers responsibility mostly stops when the goods are off the truck in the closest location to your premises. Please do not expect them to carry your heavy items into your home or premises or upstairs. All Re Deliveries will be charged a fee of between $10.00 to $30.00, which you will be responsible for, and it must be paid before this is actioned.
• Please note that drivers cannot call prior to delivery as they do not have work mobile phones, and every delivery is different in time expectation, which makes it difficult to stay on schedule.
• ATL Authority to leave is not accepted for items over $50.00 in value, if you do so, you do at your own risk. Deliveries are done Monday to Friday between 9 am to 5 pm.
• Items on FREE Delivery are only to Metro Urban areas and may require driver assistance, in WA – NSW – VIC – Brisbane -SA, excludes Tasmania and remote regional areas.
• If you require insurance on your order/shipment you must notify us, before your order ships. This will incur extra charges and must be added to the overall purchase price and paid for prior to shipping. No claims will be accepted once the order ships, as per our Carriers Terms & conditions.

Item must be returned within 7 days after the buyer receives it.

Refund will be given as Money Back.

If the item is damaged or faulty upon receiving it, you are entitled to a refund. Conditions of the refund are as follows. Claims must be made within the first 7 days upon receiving your item to entitle you to a refund.

FREIGHT is non refundable under any circumstances. My Fitness Rules refund/repair policy requires you to return the item back to base. Insurance cover is not included, and is optional on your request.

If this is not achievable, then we will organize the collection of the freight and forward the costs to the customer.

Claims made after this period of time, items will be repaired. If item cannot be repaired, then a replacement may be provided.

Please note that items must be returned in its original condition and packaging, the refund will be made only when the item has been received and checked for any missing parts or damages.
