Please allow 5 working days for delivery, all our rugs are sent via a professional courier and need to be signed for.
For overseas deliveries and Scottish Highlands please contact us for a shipping quote.

Returns 

We do accept returns, the customer is responsible for any return costs.
We offer an exchange service this is priced at £15.00 to cover courier fees
