RARE Soviet lens MYSTERIOUS , DALLMEYER , SUPER-SIX

Lens has no graving but I have found similair listings saying that this may 

be a Dallmeyer lens. See pictures. Hovewer I am not sure. See pictures!

Aperture has an appendix that helps to fully close the blades.

Lens is compact. Back distance (from the rear element to the sensor) is very low, about 5 mm

Lens height = 65 mm, Front diameter = 45 mm, rear diameter = 37 

Glass is fine without damages or fungus. Non-crucial wipe scratches.
