The term "us" or "we" refers to the owner or seller of the offered items in our listings on Ebay.
The term "you" refers to the buyer user or viewer of our listings on Ebay.
CHOICE OF LAW
-Choice of Law: Belgian law is always applicable to every transaction between us and a buyer on Ebay.
-RETURNS
-Returns are accepted and money back guaranteed within 14 days of receiving the item
-14 days after receiving the item all sales are final
-Returns in the original package as received
- Items must be returned in their "as sold" condition.
Any deterioration in the original condition which results in a value decrease of the item
( e,g, scratch, missing parts or a loss in value of the goods incurred after unnecesarry handling),
deducted on equel basis from the amount due to the client.
-In case of a return shipment, the buyer must cooperate with Customs and provide all documents needed to avoid that the seller must pay import costs on the returned items.
-Clearly indicate on the packaging and communicate with the relevant shipping company that it is a return shipment.
- Return shipping must be done with the shipping company who has delivered the item.
-The buyer is responsible for return shipment. Money back only after we have received the item.
- The buyer will provide the shipping tracking code directly after return shipping
-CUSTOMS & LOCAL TAXES
If you are based outside Belgium, you may have to pay import or other taxes, fees or charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt.
While we are not liable for these additional charges and have no control over them, we do encourage buyers to research these prior to purchasing items from us.
We will make a full value disclosure, where required, on all items sent overseas and this is required to ensure proper insurance cover in sending valuable items.

SAFETY FOR ELECTRIFIED ITEMS AND ALL OTHER ANTIQUE AND VINTAGE USED ITEMS WE ARE SELLING
We are shipping all our items from europe
Therefore it is buyers responsibility to check all electrified items and our other used items on safety after shipping before using the items.
Example given check items on: loose parts, cracks, loose or missing screws, loose crystal or glass ornaments or pendants, electric wires etc.
