Amazing 90s strapless maxi dress from XX1 Forever 21. Brightly patterned dress has bandeau style top, side ruching for a curve hugging shape, and is fitted through the bum, falling to a slight A-line silhouette. Top has built in bra lining. Dress is well made with a nice quality matte jersey material. Excellent condition with no visible wear and has been well cared for. This dress is ready to party!
