Vintage preowned item. Wear as shown in photos. There is a zipper on one side of it and looks like there is some kind of noise maker inside but not sure what it is supposed to do because it doesn't currently make any nose. There is a key that was once used to wind it up. Approximate size is shown in the photos above.
