Vintage Mini Adjustable ( 3-16mm ) 1/8" to 5/8" OD Hand Held Tube / Pipe Cutter

Shows lots of wear from age, use and storage. This was removed from a cabin in WI that has not seen the light of day for around a decade, and, before that visited once or twice a year. This was in the tool room in the basement stored in a toolbox with several loose tools, so, it does have that "used tool" smell.
