I have limited knowledge on this item so I am unsure if it's able to work properly without repair. The light bulb doesn't work. The power cord has cracks in it. The top spindle is slightly bent. There is no rust, however, it looks as if the original paint has tarnished a bit. The item is sold as is. This particular model was hard to find any information on.
