The ``TA-1VP'' is a vocal processor/mic preamplifier that combines circuit technology that achieves high sound quality cultivated through TASCAM's professional audio equipment with Antares' proud pitch correction tool Auto-Tune Evo.

Equipped with Antares' Auto-Tune Evo, which is widely used in recording, it is possible to correct the pitch of the input audio and output it. It is also equipped with the company's microphone modeler, which won the TEC Awards and received high praise. You can make the input sound from a dynamic microphone sound like a condenser microphone. Furthermore, it is also possible to add the warmth unique to vacuum tubes through vacuum tube modeling.

The mic preamp section uses the same circuit configuration as the TASCAM professional digital mixing console DM-4800/3200. Phantom power can be supplied and condenser microphones can be used. It is also equipped with a high-pass filter, compressor, gate, de-esser, and equalizer that are useful for vocal processing. You can create professional-level sounds by simply selecting each parameter and turning the dial. With the TA-1VP, by mixing the input sound as it is (dry sound) and the sound processed by the TA-1VP (wet sound), you can get a double tracking effect just by singing once. It is extremely powerful not only for recording but also for live performance.
