Royal jelly contains all essential amino acids (18 in total), which the body cannot produce on its own. Usage:

Its consumption is recommended in all forms!
  • Shake the ampoule thoroughly before consumption. Break off one end of the ampoule along the white stripe. Place the broken end gently in your mouth, then break off the other end and extract the liquid from the ampoule. Alternatively, you can pour it onto a spoon if that's more convenient.
Recommended Dosage:

  • Children: 1 ampoule (10 ml) per day 
  • Adults: 1-2 ampoules (10-20 ml) per day
