With a brilliant red hood and striking black wings, this woodpecker is really  
quite showy. He hammers a hole in a tree or a post where he stashes his  
snacks when it's snowy.  This ornament was inspired by the full size  
Red-headed woodpecker which was 5th in the Beauty of Bird series and  
appeared in 2009.
