Smarter Packaging

Our patented compression technology allows our mattresses to be efficiently compressed, rolled and shipped in a box conveniently to your door via courier. The mattress will start to expand and take approximately 2 hours to expand fully.

Please be aware that all our products are made to order, Delivery dates and dispatch times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Please allow extra time after Bank Holidays for items to be dispatched and delivered.

Damages

On the rare occasion an item arrives in less than perfect condition, please inspect it as soon as possible, and, if possible, refuse the delivery. Alternatively, please contact us within 48hrs and we will rectify as soon as we possibly can. For damages or receipt of incorrect size, we will require photographic evidence and, where possible, a photo of the packaging label to speed up resolution.

Returns

As above, if the item is found to be damaged or incorrect size sent, please contact us within 48hrs and we will rectify as soon as we can. If you find this item isn't what you wanted, you are welcome to return within the 30-day notice period however the item must be unused and still in the original plastic. The returns cost is to be met by the customer and you will need to source your own couriers to return this to us. Please message us and we will gladly assist. Mattresses cannot be returned once slept on.

Delivery

Your estimated delivery dates are found in "Order Details" in your "My eBay" area. Once they have been dispatched, you will receive tracking info to follow the progress of your goods. The courier will update the tracking on their site if no-one is home, so you can re-arrange directly with the courier for a more suitable time.

We use a 24-hour delivery service, (please allow up-to 2-3 days for dispatching though), which is for UK mainland only. It is NOT always 100% guaranteed due to the demand of the carriers. It is a 1-man delivery service to your front door, or curb side if access is limited - EG: you live in a flat.

Please do not remove your old mattress until your new mattress has arrived and you are 100% satisfied.

Please note that we can only ship to the address given at the point of order. Any messages or buyer notes received requesting delivery to an address different to the one given at the point of order cannot be accepted. Requests of this kind can cause lengthy delays in your order being processed. Therefore, please ensure you select the correct shipping address during your order and double check all your order details are accurate before completing the checkout process.

Our items arrived ROLLED AND BOXED for transportation. On receipt, please take to the room of placement, open, and leave to expand for a minimum of 12hrs before using the mattress.

Packaging is for transportation only. For best results, please do not leave mattresses rolled for more than 7 days from receipt.

Deliveries are to mainland UK only. For offshore and the Scottish Highlands, please get a quote from us prior to placing your order.
