Lovely cameo is about 3/4 of an inch up and down.  There is a drill hole in the hat.  Maybe for a diamond?  Maybe to hang for a chain.  Not sure.  Super high relief and the only condition issue is she needs a gentle, soft toothbrush cleaning.
