Large framed art by Paul Maxwell, signed by the artist in the lower right.  Limited edition of only 100, this is hand numbered, no COA present.  Stencil cast paper with hand coloring, these pieces have interesting dimension.  In a nice quality frame, under glare resistant glass.  Frame shows a few minor scuffs but solid and the print looks quite nice with a few tiny issues.  Direct from a local estate, please see photos, read full condition report and send any questions.  Large frame, shipping costs will reflect that.  

Great shape, the print is free of any fading, no creases, no holes or tears etc.  Did notice an area in the bottom right-hand corner, there is a vertical 'line' in the burgundy area, honestly can't tell if its original but it is very subtle, basically invisible in normal lighting.  There are some small white spots here and there, again not sure if they are original but not really an issue on the wall.  The frame looks great, tight and square, good wire hanger.  The finish of the frame has some light scratches along the middle/bottom rail, surface rubs, minor corner and edge wear-see close ups.  Rather subtle on the wall, no chips or cracks, frame is solid.  Glass is free of chips, cracks, there are just a few tiny surface scratches, could not the camera to focus on them, but they are not significant or generally visible; it is glare and UV resistant.  The craft backing paper has been removed from the rear.  Direct from a local downsizing and looks fantastic as found.  Please review the photos and feel free to send any questions. 

Print as framed: 39 1/2" x 29 1/2", frame is about 43 3/4 " x 33 3/4".
