This item is an original manufacturer (ARIMA) tray of 100 laser diodes. These lasers were made in 2018 and have the unopened plastic seal shrink wrap on the tray.

These lasers have the APC module included inside the TO-can so that no external APC circuit is necessary.

They are 7mW, 2-6V. 40mA lasers. New 2018, never opened.
