Domestic UK postage is provided by Royal Mail Small Parcels by Second Class post, wherever the parcel is <2kg and less than 16cm in height. Recorded options are available and can be selected by the buyer, if required. Larger items will be sent by economy courier. Additional services are available for heavy and/or fragile items and upgrade to ParcelForce or UPS is recommended for items with a value over £50. International Shipping is ONLY available via eBay's Global Shipping Programme. No exceptions will be made on any parcel (letters/large letters can be sent via royal mail)We reuse and recycle packaging materials whenever possible. Items which are "not as described" in the listing can be returned within 30 days, with a full refund (including postage) being paid after return receipt.
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return it within 30 days at your own expense. A refund of the item value, minus costs and postage, will be reimbursed.
Items which are damaged during transit can be claimed against the carrier, depending on the service selected. Please carefully read the T&Cs below.
Payment & Terms
Payment, or contact indicating when payment will be made, should be made within 48 hours. If no contact is made, an unpaid item case will be opened and you may be blocked from future purchase.
