Do you provide custom logo branding and packaging?


Yes we do. And more. If your company does not yet have a logo we can also offer a complete logo design service. Once you are satisfied with the logo we can have it added to your cables or connectors.  In addition to this we also design your packaging if required and can have this made for you as part of your order. If you are interested in any of these services then please let us know and we can build it into your quotation. 


What is the minimum order quantity for customisations?

This largely depends on what you require. If we already have a mould ready for your requirements then we can produce cables, adapters and connectors in quantities of less than 100. If however we need to create a new mould in order to meet your needs, MOQ's vary from anything between 500 and 2000 pcs. This typically depends exactly on what you need and we advise you to contact us. 


What is the lead time for general bulk orders?

If the items are stocked and ready to ship from our UK warehouse we can ship to anywhere in the world the same day. This means if you are in the UK we can get your order to you the next day. If you are international we use DHS or UPS which usually takes 2-3 days. For larger orders of over 200 pcs we ask if you can allow us 5-10 days to process the order for you. When custom manufacturing is required the lead time is usually 2-3 weeks. If you require our logo and packaging design service then please allow additional time. 

Payment

We prefer payment by eBay payments, PayPal, or bank transfer. 

Shipping

UK Customers

For smaller orders we offer free shipping via Royal Mail 24 to anywhere in the UK. For larger orders over £100 we offer free next day delivery via DHL or DPD to UK customers. We ask that you please allow 1-3 days for your package to arrive before contacting us regarding non-delivery, as in our experience, sometimes the post does run late. Any orders sent via DHL or DPD we will send tracking information for you to follow updates. 

International Customers

We also ship internationally and use Royal Mail tracked service by default for smaller quantity orders. For larger orders we will use DHL or DPD. Please note we do not offer a free postage option for international customers and do not cover the import duty and customs fees required by your country.  We ask that all international customers receiving items sent via Royal Mail to please allow up to 28 days for their order to arrive before contacting us regarding a non-delivery. For items sent via DHL or DPD we will provide you with a tracking reference so you can follow updates.

Terms

Once your order is received we endeavour to dispatch your item within one working day. In many cases we may be able to dispatch your order on the same working day depending on the time it was placed. If your order is particularly urgent then please give us a call and we can prioritise its dispatch. 

Please be aware that the our team will begin to process your order as soon as payment is received and the turnaround time is usually very fast. Should you wish to cancel your order at this stage it is important to note that we are unlikely to see a cancellation request if you simply send us a message due to the volume of daily emails and orders that we receive. Any cancellation requests should be made through the official eBay 'cancel order' link, or by giving us a call so we can deal with them promptly and efficiently. Regretfully we cannot guarantee that we will be able to intercept and cancel your order once it has been processed.

We are happy to offer 30 day returns on all of our products. We kindly ask that any items returned to us are in brand new resale condition. This will enable us to process your exchange or refund more promptly. 


Returns

We offer free 30 day returns as standard. 

If you change your mind about your purchase then please get in touch with us and let us know as soon as possible so we can navigate you through the returns process. Please note that all items returned must be in their original resale condition. We reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund given should an item be returned without its packaging, damaged, soiled, or showing clear and visible signs of use. 

In the world of cables 'compatibility' is a very important word. If you have any doubts about the whether the product you are buying will meet your needs then please reach out to us before buying as this will save you and us time later. For example, if you need a fast charging cable but the listing does not specify as such - then get in touch and ask us. 

The process for international returns is a little different. You will be required to return the item back to us and we will reimburse your postage costs based on the rate of standard post from your country to the UK. We will not reimburse expedited or express services so please be aware if you choose this as your return option.
