A group of 4 original vintage caricatures of physicians, doctors and surgeons, after Spy and Ape, from 1874, 1888, 1894 and 1904 issues of Vanity Fair magazine: Henry Thompson [surgeon, 1820-1904];  Sir John Scott Burdon Sanderson [pathologist, 1828-1905]; Sir Richard Powell [physician royal, 1842-1925]; Sir William Bartlett Daltby [aural surgeon, 1840-1918].

Overall nice examples. Faintest of age toning to edges of a couple and very light edge creasing. Powell with a few small marginal marks and a pen inscription verso. Thompson with small crease to top left corner. Lithograph on paper. Size: approx. 40cm x 27.5cm, or very slightly smaller or larger.
