Robin Fabric Hanging Door Heart Description

Each fabric heart is approx 4.5 x 4.5 inches (12cm x 12cm)

Fabric hearts made from linen canvas hand designed by Country Hearts and digitally printed.

Natural jute twine is used for the hanging loop and finished with a shiney spacer bead.

The hanging heart is topped with a sparkly gold diamante button.

The scalloped edge gives the fabric heart a neatly trimmed finish.

Each heart has been backed with coordinating felt fabric.

Fabric hanging hearts are lightly /softly padded with hollow fiber.

All fabrics are of the highest quality

All my items come from a non-smoking, pet free environment.

I can also customize many of my items on request so if you have something specific in mind, please message me to discuss.

Country Hearts Fabric Choices

I have chosen a variety of unique and tasteful fabrics to complement your lovely homes including Cath Kidston, Sophie Allport, Clarke & Clarke, Freyetts, Wrendale, Dunelm. Laura-Ashley and my own Country Hearts hand designed and digitally printed fabric designs.

My handmade bunting and hearts are not factory produced, it is all hand cut with love and hand sewn with patience and time, giving each item an individual stamp.

All handmade goods are subject to the standard variations that can occur with handmade items.

If you order more than one item in the same fabric I will do my best to match the fabric patterns.

Delivery & Dispatch Times:

I post all my orders at Post Office Counters where they are scanned into their system at the date and time of postage, this also provides we with a physical postage receipt showing your order is with Royal Mail.

If your item has not arrived within 7 working days and you require this proof of postage do not hesitate to message me through eBay before opening a not received case with ebay

I am happy to take a photo of the receipt and email it to you so you can then check your delivery with your local sorting office.

As per my agreement with ebay I aim to dispatch handmade orders within 3 working days, if there is a delay to this process I will try to let you know in advance.

Standard Postage throughout the UK is 2nd Class Royal Mail currently with an estimated delivery timescale of 3-7 days.

If you require your purchase faster are a secure signed for delivery service please choose the option required at time of purchase.

Note:I only post to the address as given on the order so Please ensure you have the correct postcode and address registered on your order, I am not responsible for an incorrect address.

I post Monday to Friday with the exclusion of Weekends & Bank Holidays.

Delivery charge includes postage and packaging materials, I only charge for actual costs incurred.

To help the environment where possible I use recycled packaging materials.

Please be aware Postage Delays incurred as a result of covit, postage strikes, bad weather Or seasonal high volumes e.g. Christmas are out of my hands so please be patient.

Multiple purchases from my shop may be eligible for a postage discount depending on size and weight please contact me to discuss before paying for your items.

Returns & Refunds

Our goal is for you, the customer, to be fully satisfied with your product.

While I take utmost care to ensure high standards I also take pride in resolving problems rapidly.

All handmade goods are subject to the standard variations that can occur with fabric and/or handmade items ie.patterns can occur in slightly different places according to the design of the product and may vary slightly from stock photographs.

Please be aware that different monitors, mobile phones, ipads etc may display colors and item sizes differently.

In these instances the items are not considered to be faulty.

Damaged item:If your goods are damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide an image or video of the item in question.

Returns are welcome, from UK customers only and are subject to conditions on listing ie:Buyer pays return postage.

Change of heart:Buyer will pay return costs.

Goods must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds minus my orginal postage costs will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.

I recommend that all items are returned using a signed for service, with proof of postage for your own safety, as I can't be held responsible for items that do not reach me.

All returns should be completed within 14 days of receipt of your original order.

Return exclusions:Please be aware that bespoke products or personalised products are non-refundable.

This includes broken zips on cushion covers. I check all zips are in good working order before postage I cannot be held responsible for poor handling when inserting cushion inner.
