This hat is designed for the 13 foot Skellington decoration, which specially placed ties for attachment.
The brim is a thick fleece, NOT plush or fur, due to the fact these can be used outside. Fur outside after getting wet does not look good.Very nice fleece material, not plastic or thin material. NOT FELT EITHER!!
Our oldest hats re-used each year are 7 years old and holding up strong!
