Size: the size on the tag is S but in fact M

The condition is normal, needs dry cleaning. Also, on one side, the elastic band that adjusts the fit at the waist has slipped inward and there are scuffs on the wrists. The photos do not convey the true color. The color of the parka is as on the 2nd photo. See the photos carefully.
