It is stated in book that it is the first and second printing before publication. Published Nov. 15, 1937. It is in fair condition because the fold-out map is still attached but is wrinkled, creased or folded wrong. The pages are mostly intact and the binding is ok. It is readable and holding up pretty well for being as old as it is. The illustrations and photo albums are great! Please inspect the photos of the book carefully to judge the condition.
