When servicing the timing system, you cannot simply install a new tensioner on a worn chain/belt and guides. They ALL must be replaced. Timing chains and belts wear and stretch and once they do the tensioner cannot reliably make up the slack. A new tensioner on an old chain will fail very quickly. Do the job right REPLACE THE CHAIN / BELT AND GUIDES TOO
