Handmade premium quality cognac cherries dipped in 70% cocoa dark chocolate.

The cognac cherry is a Hungarian invention: Emil Gerbeaud, one of the descendants of the famous confectionary dynasty who settled home from Switzerland, made the first cognac cherry bonbon in 1886. Even after Gerbaud's death, the cognac cherry was considered a classy gift for urban citizens, and even today we are just as happy to receive such a retro sweet from someone.

Dark chocolate 50% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), aroma); Fondant (sugar, water, glucose syrup); Alcoholic cherries with seeds (min. 13.5%); Natural aroma; Alcohol content at least 2.5% V/m; Cocoa solids in dark chocolate at least 70%.
