-Items above £5.99 will be shipped Standard postage 2^nd class via Royal Mail, UK Mail or other services. If sent for ‘signed for’ a tracking number will be provided

-I cannot be responsible for any item damaged in the post, as ALL items are checked for quality care and packed properly before being sent

RETURNS POLICY:

-All defective items must be reported when items are received within 12 hours and returned back in their original packaging without any alterations within 7 days of purchase

-No exceptions outside the 7 days period will be considered

-The buyer is required to take a photo of the item that is defective and attach it with a message.

-If item is available I will replace the item otherwise a full refund will be made. Buyers are responsible for postage and packaging when returning any item

-Health & Hygiene reasons Earrings and Head/Nose/Toe Jewellery/Hair Accessories are non-returnable.

PAYMENT POLICY:

-Only PAYPAL accepted. Payment is required immediately on all items. Any buyers who do not pay without notification will be reported to E-bay for non-payment and added to our block list

-Items will be dispatched in 1-2 working days of receiving full payment

-Invoice will be issued and sent by Vannessa Accessories to customer upon request (Amount Inclusive of VAT)
