Clutch Release Bearing Guide Sleeve Genuine for MINI Cooper and Cooper S 2007-2013 R55 R56 R57 R58 R59 R60 R61 

This Throw out bearing guide tube mounts to the transmission and over the input shaft to allow the throw-out bearings to slide and activate the pressure plate on the clutch.  If you are replacing the clutch this guide tube should be replaced at the same time.
