The SNYPER-LTE Graphyte (EU) is a high performance, multi-language network signal analyser and cellular signal logger, dedicated to surveying and logging the 4G/LTE (EU), 3G/UMTS & 2G/GSM European networks. The unit can be left to conduct sequential surveys in a fixed location and automatically save them. Four types of survey can be performed: a “FULL” survey (4G, 3G and 2G), 4G/LTE only, 3G/UMTS only & 2G/GSM only. SNYPER-LTE Graphyte (EU) can save multiple surveys each with different logging options. All survey results can be downloaded to a PC and displayed in a HTML graphical format to clearly show the logged detail over the survey session. This can identify unreliable base-stations & intermittent cellular service which is not possible with spot surveys. The full breakdown for the HTML summary graphs are displayed in corresponding CSV files. The SNYPER-LTE Graphyte (EU) also incorporates Siretta’s leading liveSCAN feature, which allows you to select a base-station signal immediately after a survey, conduct a liveSCAN logging session which can later be analysed in a CSV logged recording. The SNYPER-LTE Graphyte (EU) is compatible with Siretta’s CloudSURVEY integrated mapping portal (registration required).

All goods or equipment sold include a 30-Day Warranty. Warranty period starts the day the equipment is shipped. Seller will at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the selling price for any malfunctioning equipment or goods, provided payment is made in due course, except in cases of improper application or misuse of goods or equipment by Customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All goods or equipment sold by Seller are subject to a limited 14-day ROR (Right of Return) unless otherwise noted. This ROR is limited to goods found to be non-acceptable due to cosmetic defect (not previously disclosed) or item not meeting manufacturer's spec as advertised. ROR does not apply to wrong item(s) ordered by customer. All items past the 14-day ROR period will only be accepted with written approval by Seller. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and items must be received by Seller within 21 DAYS of the original delivery date. Items that are damaged in shipping are not covered under ROR terms. Items misused or damaged by customer misuse (intentional or unintentional) are not covered by the ROR. 

Returns must be shipped with all original packaging and accessories.  We will not accept any items with obvious signs of additional wear and tear or internal component alterations.  All of our items will ship with “Warranty Void” tamper resistant stickers. If any stickers have been removed or tampered with your refund will be cancelled. When contacting us for a return please include your order number and a brief description as to the reason for returning the item(s).
