This is a nice New Old Stock set of Bike Pals stick-on Side Safety Reflectors from Dorcy Industries, Bike Pals part number R-8. (Dorcy also manufactured these for Schwinn as their part number 07 800.) You get two amber and two red.

Reflectors are made by Cat Eye, their part number RR-0211, 1/2" tall and 2½" wide, with peel-off, self-stick backings. They are narrow enough to adhere to tubular bike frames, front forks, chainguards or side stays, wherever you choose.

These were first introduced in 1969, a year after U.S. cars were first required to have either side marker lights or side reflectors, and bike accessory manufacturers quickly followed the style to boost bicycles' side visibility after dark.

Backing card condition is fair with minimal shelf wear, mainly to the corners. (See Photos 1 & 3) There was a little delamination at some corners, which have been repaired with a small spot of glue and pressed flat to restore their original shape. The reflectors themselves are in perfect unopened condition.
