These Aluminium Discs Circular Stampings/Blanks are available in the following diameters 10mm, 12.7mm, 16mm, 20mm, 21mm, 22.7mm, 23.7mm, 25mm, 28mm, 33mm, 35mm, 40mm,44mm, 47mm, 50mm, 52.6mm, 53.5mm 57mm, 60mm,  63.5mm, 70mm, 76mm, 79.5mm, 82.75mm, 89mm 100mm and 108mm in diameter and are made in the UK from Commercial Quality 1.5mm Aluminium 1050A H/H H14.  Choose the size (features) and quantity (set of) from the drop down list. 

The Discs are sold as working blanks and are in their raw commercial quality aluminium state to allow for various finishes by you.  The discs are polycoated on the top to protect the surface, which will easily peel off.  The material comes to us pre-filmed which is left on during process.  However you should be aware that commercial quality may have some mill marks/scratches.  There are no sharp edges as the blanks have been expertly neatly machine DEBURRED on the reverse side, for you,  (the separate and extra deburring process is included in the price).  You may wish to refer to feedback left by previous customers.

The stampings are available individually or in multiples, just order what you need. This is a genuine UK made product sold by a genuine UK seller.

Our DISCS are fine blanked from stock strip, therefore flat.  The discs are then deburred in a separate operation to remove sharp edges on the reverse side. These blanked discs should NOT be confused with laser or water jet cut items which leaves a nib where they have been attached to the parent sheet.

Free 2nd class postage is offered to UK mainland only. There is an option to select Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24 for extra charge at checkout if required but Extra postage is non refundable in the event of a return.

These are good quality industry standard blanks and deburred (not precision cut) so there can be a slight variations in size according to material.
