This is a brand new UPR EL Glow white face gauge set for 99-01 Mustang SVT Cobra. These are extremely rare and no longer available from UPR. These were produced to emulate the gauges seen in 03-04 Cobras

You will notice that the gauge font is specific and an exact match to the 99-01 Cobra gauges.
