All in very good condition. An early mahogany medical box, very likely for little pills, and looking at the size of the semi circular wooden holders, most likely for homeopathic remedies / little pills. In solid mahogany with manufacturers cartouche within the lid BURROUGHS WELLCOME & co LONDON NEW YORK .... etc. A scarce medical / pharmaceutical dispensing box. Measuring approx 7 3/4 x 4 1/4 x 2 1/2 high, all in inches. ........all as per the images.
