• OK, so the United States Postal Service has included INSURANCE for every item shipped PRIORITY. Therefore, since I ship all DOMESTIC items PRIORITY (unless specified differently), all items come with $100 FREE INSURANCE. IF your item/items arrive to you broken, I sincerely apologize, however, you must bring your entire package to your local PO and file a claim with them. This is how it works, since I charge a shipping fee to you and you pay me, YOU are purchasing the insurance for your item. So YOU must file a claim with the PO. • Returns are only offered for merchandise that "I" ship out incorrectly. So, please understand, I only accept returns for items that are shipped out in error by seller. (Wrong item received).
