- Was not actually made in 1875 - it just has the date 1875 on the side of the building

- Used. Some water spots/discoloration on one side of the building (see pictures)
- One of the cardboard bases has detached from the bottom of the bulding - it has ripped off (see pictures)
- The building is bent slightly out of shape - I will let the buyer deal with straightening it out - I think regluing a few parts will take care of this
- Dusty. Some small discoloration spots
- Some glue has come undone & there is some noticeable glue on the clock
- Corners are slightly bent. A few small 1/8" margin tears in the roof
- Light wear around the edges. A small 1/8" puncture hole in the roof
- Did the chimneys used to have tops (but now they are missing)?
