to wear on or off the shoulders.

Draped fabric over a fitted waist, accented with a bow on left hip.

Tulip skirting in a asymmetrical cut making it longer in the back.

Dress is new! No tag just a piece of original paper tag. Dress zips up back and has a small metal clasp. I don’t see the piece that holds the metal clasp. Easy fix.
