Pechauer LIFETIME WARRANTY - Pechauer pool cues purchased after January 1, 2006 from an authorized J. Pechauer Custom Cues dealer are warranted to the original purchaser (non-transferable) to be free from defects in material and workmanship, including warpage, for the life of the cue. We are an authorized J. Pechauer Custom Cue dealer and all cues purchased from us (Nielsen's Billiards) effective 1-1-06 are covered by the Pechauer lifetime warranty. Pechauer, at it's sole discretion, will repair or replace any pool cue it deems to be defective and maintains the right to void this warranty if there is evidence of abuse, mishandling, or alteration.  Normal wear items such as tip, finish, and wrap are excluded from this warranty.

About cue weight changes: At Nielsen's Billiards, we will try to get the cue as close as possible to the desired weight. Usually we can come within 1/10 of an ounce to the desired weight requests. Exact matches may not be possible, but we will try. We always try to do our best and keep our customers happy with prompt and courteous communication. Shipping items on the same or next business day is also a high priority as we know customers appreciate their item(s) as soon as possible. Our feedback is proof of our dedication to our customers. We will provide tracking number for your order. USPS may not always scan your package at each location so it might seem like it isn't moving but that is usually not be the case and will only update once it's actually delivered.

FREE Continental US shipping - Buyer pays $0.00 for shipping in the continental US. Shipping will be via UPS ground or USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation and the shipment time is generally 1-4 business days depending on your location. We ship your order out the same or next business day upon receiving cleared payment.

Non Continental US shipping - Buyer pays $35.00 for shipping in the non continental US. General USPS shipping estimates do not apply to these locations!  Shipping will be via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Estimated shipment time is 3-5 days.   Non continental US destinations and territories outside the Continental US include Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, APO. etc. UPS is not available to non continental US locations.   APO shipments are not trackable per US military mail. We require insurance on all APO shipments. APO shipment times can vary and are generally 7-21 business days.   

International shipping - (Asia, Australia, Europe, Germany, Japan, Mexico, South America and United Kingdom) International shipping is $69.00.  Shipping to Canada is $49.00. All international shipping rates are quoted using USPS Priority International with tracking with ESTIMATED shipment time of 10-14 business days depending on your country's freight/mail forwarder and Customs Dept.  Some countries like African, South America, some Middle Eastern and Island Nations may take longer.

Returns - On rare occasion the need to return an item occurs. With your return, you must include the original invoice that was included with your shipment. Please write a brief description on the invoice as to why the item is being returned.  Before returning the item, please contact us to discuss the return first. In your email, please include your name, shipping address and specific item(s) that you wish to return and reason for the return.
