Lot of 2.8 pounds of round brass plated steel caps with prongs for attaching. By weight it is estimated there are approximately 1200 caps in the bag shown.
The actual use is unknown. The caps came from the inventory of a now closed appliance and antique radio repair store. The caps come in 2 sizes: 9/16 in. diameter and 7/16 in. diameters. The bulk of the bag contains about 90% 9/16 in. caps.
The bendable prongs under each cap might be to lock them in place after installation.
