These unbranded short sets fit Tommy, Kelly or their SS friends.......New, Capri length & would fit boy Chelsea at 5.5".....lot of 3 different short sets, elastic waistband but they're not hemmed, tops have full length hook loop, comes with 1pr shoes & mini pink balloon animal doggie, it's a doggie and it's a toy, it's NOT a "doggie toy", these outfits are unisex......cute and inexpensive....soft play only, not meant for rough play...........
