Import duties, taxes, customs fees and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are normally collected when you pick up the package. For free shipping item(s), we still pay for shipping when sending item(s). The shipping cost associated with free shipping item(s) is not refundable.
If eligible for return, merchandise returned must be in its original states with tag intact, undamaged, clean and unused.
If eligible for return, the return must be made within 30 days of receipt. Upon receipt and careful examination of the returned merchandise, refund will be issued and you will be notified via email after the refund is processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s) for your refund to be issued.
