About Shipping


For USA flat rate shipping only applies to lower 48 states.  Please contact us for shipping rate if flat rate shipping does not apply to you.  Upon receipt of payment, item will ship via Canada Post surface or UPS, Fedex Ground service or another economic service within the timeline specified in item listing.  If possible, we will combine shipping for multiple items.

International Orders

  • Import duties, taxes, customs fees and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are normally collected when you pick up the package. Please check with your country's customs office on what these additional charges will be prior to buying the item(s). International buyers are responsible for these charges.

  • Please note that package shipped from outside your country can be held up in customs and it can cause delay in shipping time. This is beyond our control and there is nothing we can do to speed up the process.

  • If eligible for return, merchandise returned must be in its original states with tag intact, undamaged, clean and unused.

  • If eligible for return, the return must be made within 30 days of receipt. Upon receipt and careful examination of the returned merchandise, refund will be issued and you will be notified via email after the refund is processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s) for your refund to be issued.
