The radio was tested for RX and TX. Radio was transmitting at 6 watts on VHF. Radio passes all internal self checks as well.

This is being sold for parts/non-working. The secure/non secure switch doesn't work. The switch moves freely around. There may be other issues with that radio which were not detected.

No international sales due to the encryption installed.
