Pretty much brand new, never actually used it properly. No scratches, cracks or dents.

It has a Micro USB port so any old charger will do. 

Is not the snappiest, I'll be fair but if you'r buying for a backup or something to stream with it's perfect.

The latest version available is Android 8.1 which is still fairly compatible with most of the apps.

It doesn't come with a box or charger but of course I'll make sure to protect it properly when shipped.

Please note that I'm not gonna include the Micro SD shown in the picture.
