THIS PIECE REMINDES ME OF MY FORMER HUSBAND!

The Pandemic Made Me Do It! When we are little, and it is horrid weather or we are sick, we stay in our rooms.  I liked to draw, paint, glue, and glitter things.  During this pandemic, I have gotten kind of manic.  Little Betsy decided rather than listing jewelry, or even making jewelry, that we were going to have some real fun!  Be silly!  Glue and Glitter!

Manic Monkey Mind is what I call this piece.  All of that worry Monkey Mind thinking can dry up your brain and leave you like a hollow skull!  

The Day of The Dead skull is laser cut wood (from the Etsy shop Roadsidelinenarts) and has been glittered and cleared with Liquid Fusion.  There are wee metal gears under the skull.

The serving platter and dome are made of plastic as is the Monkey.  Vintage wood Disney blocks serve as the base. It measures 2 & 3/4 inches tall and is 2 & 1/2 inch wide.

My hope is that my Manic Pandemic Art will put a smile on your face.  At least you will know what I was thinking!  LOL!
