For your consideration is this copy of Code Warrior 5 for the Apple Mac computer.  This is an academic copy that was for use at colleges or by college students.  The package has been opened, but all original materials including the CD-ROM, manual, and registration card with serial number.  
Please note that this software is almost 30 years old and WILL NOT run on today’s computers.  System requirements listed on the back are as follows:  "MC68020, MC68030, or MC68040 processors with 8 MB of RAM.  System 7.1 or later (for 68K Macs) or 7.1.2 or later for Power Macs.  Color Quickdraw, and a CD-ROM required to install software."
