Sheet Music Conditions:
 
Mint: Like New, Exceptionally high quality item. Sharp corners, no stains or other imperfections. 

NM (Near Mint): An item with a minor flaw. For example, one or two corners with a slight touch of wear, slightly rough edges or a minor issues. 

EX/MT (Excellent/Mint): May have 2 or 3 slightly worn or fuzzy corners and/or a small amount of wear. 

EX (Excellent): May have 4 corners showing wear or 1-2 corners showing moderate wear, but not rounding on the corners. May also have a slight surface wrinkle, though it cannot be creased. Might have light scuffing

VG/EX (Very Good/Excellent): Usually an item that has rounding or severe dings on the corners, may also have moderate wrinkling or scuffing. 

VG (Very Good): A worn item, usually with one or more light creases. Might have severe scuffing. 

G (Good): A well-worn or used item. This item might have multiple creases and/or a moderate or severe crease, and have other flaws like rounded corners or small tears. Might have writing, but not obtrusive.

P (Poor): Sometimes ripped, torn or with some paper loss. Can have multiple issues, Tape, Writing or Paper Loss. The spine could be separated.
