Here, we have a Hornby LMS Princess Coronation Class locomotive, number 6244 "King George VI," R3639.

I'm listing this loco as new.

I bought this engine at least one or two years ago. I only ever opened it for inspection and pictures. I can't remember if I ever put it on track, but I don't think I did; and, if so, this loco was never run in.

I'm going to recommend that the buyer make sure that this locomotive is properly lubricated before running.

This loco is beautiful.

It is dcc ready.

Box is in good shape, presume minor shelf wear.

Loco comes with instructions, unopened detail/parts bag, and even the little plastic sheet that modern hornby engines come with.
